- We have responsibility for delivering works to sites across the country including London, Birmingham, Norwich, Taunton, Brighton, and Portsmouth
- The works programme is spread across a diverse commercial office stock including freehold and leasehold properties.
- Works are organised into different work streams including new office fit outs, refurbishment and modernisation, M&E upgrade projects, and planned cyclical works
- We assigned our dedicated Minor Works division to manage this framework making the most of their experience delivering similar office refurbishment projects for our other clients
- The offices are fully occupied meaning that delivering on time and minimising disruption is a top priority along with ensuring the safety of those visiting and working on site

- Places for People's offices are spread across London, the Midlands, and the whole of Southern England meaning we have had to make full use of our logistical capabilities and our experience with works of this nature
- Our established office refurbishment programmes for our longstanding clients also require us to be able to mobilise and deliver multiple projects simultaneously across the country
- As a result we have a developed national supply chain network meaning we are able to fully resource projects for Places for People in any part of the country
